The process: Adnovum has been supporting ConcreteDirect nearly since the inception of the idea and is responsible for the conception, design, development, testing, deployment and production support of the platform. Ideas are often validated in the field and refined in multiple iterations. By integrating with the batch and scheduling systems, Adnovum builds new capabilities on top of them, such as live truck tracking or in-app ordering. Thanks to various feedback and reporting tools, users’ improvement ideas and reports are directly considered by the ConcreteDirect team and allow it to maintain a high degree of satisfaction.
