The project

A leading consulting firm, Simon-Kucher & Partners (SKP) supported their client, a large Swiss private bank, with the introduction of a software for professional pricing and discount management. PricePro Run, the new standard-setting, web-based solution, helps relationship managers in finding the right product and pricing conditions for every customer, thus optimizing revenues based on a systematic approach.

The goal: To leverage revenue potential with a consistent pricing and discount procedure, to increase operational efficiency by process automation, and to ensure proper documentation of a stringent approval process for consistent management reporting as well as to meet regulatory requirements.

The process: Adnovum developed the PricePro Run software from scratch. For a close cooperation with SKP and their client, it established a collaboration platform including Jira, Confluence and an integration environment. Clearly defined deliverables were provided in an agile manner.

The result: PricePro Run enables display of customer information (including KPIs, such as turnover and AuM, on book, customer and portfolio level), simulation on portfolio level (i.e. standard/current/new pricing scenarios), automated approval workflow, and implementation automation (integration with core banking system).
