Hands-on AI Agents

The next step in the development of AI is no longer just about answering questions, but about taking action. In this hands-on AI workshop, you will learn how agentic AI transforms workflows, what risks to consider and how to create real prototypes with Microsoft Azure. A practical starting point for decision-makers and IT managers.

Who is it for?

For anyone who wants to have a say and help shape the future. Whether IT managers, digital leaders or curious decision-makers: You'll get the tools you need to set up AI with real business benefits. Programming skills are not required - just a willingness to click, test, learn and execute a command in the terminal under guidance.
Compact. Practical. With numerous insights.

What you can expect

Many organizations want to move from pure question-and-answer systems to autonomously acting agentic AI. Traditional chatbots provide helpful answers, but remain passive. Agentic AI, on the other hand, can perform tasks autonomously, prepare decision bases and orchestrate workflows based on the knowledge and goals of your organization.

Agentic AI can be used in a variety of ways. For example, it enables new types of workflows for document processing, new forms of interaction with avatars and easier access to relational databases, even for non-specialist users. However, it also brings challenges: the integration of agents is not a trivial process. Agents create new security gaps and thus new threats, and the financial aspects should not be underestimated.

In this one-day practical workshop, you will learn step by step how agent-based AI works. You will also create your own prototypes using professional public cloud tools. This is not a gimmick, but a realistic introduction to productive agent-based applications for your organization.
