Matthias von Arx is the Managing Director of Adnovum's Solutions & Marketing unit, which focuses on the development and marketing of solutions and includes incubation projects in the fields of AI and e-ID, as well as a Managed Services Factory. 

With more than 20 years of experience in senior positions in ICT and cybersecurity companies, Matthias has strategic foresight and understands how to enable sustainable and profitable growth in a complex market environment. He is also adept at developing strategies, repositioning offerings, and developing new business areas, as well as leading and developing sales and marketing teams.

Matthias holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from FHNW, a degree in Business Engineering from PHW Bern, and a CAS in Information Security and Risk Management from FHNW.
