Reto Isenegger is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in financial services, advisory, and technology-driven organizations. During his career at Credit Suisse and EY, as well as in advisory and board roles, he has led complex strategic initiatives, post-merger integrations, and large-scale transformation programs in international and highly regulated market environments. 

As a member of the Board of Directors of the Adnovum Group since April 2025 and CEO a.i. since March 2026, he focuses on strengthening the company’s strategic positioning, enhancing operational excellence, and ensuring sustainable development. He combines transformation expertise with pragmatic execution and a strong commitment to organizational clarity and performance.
