Adnovum collects and uses your personal data for the purposes of processing your application for employment purposes, managing Adnovum’s recruitment related activities as well as for organizational planning purposes globally. Consequently, Adnovum may collect and use your personal data in relation to the evaluation and selection of applicants including for example setting up and conducting interviews and tests, evaluating and assessing the results thereto and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment processes including the final recruitment. Adnovum may also collect and use your personal data to conduct reference checks and may further provide your personal data to governmental organisations. Adnovum may collect and use information through other sources for the purpose of processing and evaluating your employment application, and in the event your application is successful, such information may be used in the administration of your employment.

Adnovum does not disclose your personal data to unauthorized third parties. However, as a global corporation consisting of multiple affiliated companies in various countries, Adnovum, being a multinational organisation, has international sites and may use resources located throughout the world for the purposes above. Adnovum may from time to time also use third parties to act on Adnovum’s behalf for the purposes above. You agree to the fact that to the extent necessary your personal data may be transferred and/or disclosed to any company within Adnovum group of companies as well as to third parties acting on Adnovum’s behalf, including also transfers to servers and databases outside the country where you provided Adnovum with your personal data. Such transfers may include for example transfers and/or disclosures outside the European Economic Area and in the United States of America. Adnovum will keep the personal data held confidential, and will ensure that third parties whom Adnovum discloses your personal data to also keep them confidential and only use them as instructed by Adnovum.

If your application is unsuccessful, Adnovum may retain and use your personal data for up to 24 months to deal with any matter which may arise in connection with your application and for general business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your personal data kept by Adnovum is true and accurate. You also have the option to withdraw your consent at any time.
