On the occasion of this year's «Global Accessibility Awareness Day», we are pleased to offer you the whitepaper «Accessibility in digital administration» as a download for your convenience.  

The whitepaper provides a comprehensive overview of the accessibility of digital administrative services, as well as the legal framework and the opportunities and challenges that arise from it.  

It also presents practical examples of the implementation of WCAG and includes recommendations for the inclusive design of digital administrative services. 

The whitepaper is the result of a fruitful collaboration with the Canton of Graubünden.
