Following discussions with the Board of Directors, Thomas Zangerl has concluded that the time has come to hand over operational leadership. «I am proud of what we have achieved together. With the successful implementation of the acquisitions and a clear strategic direction, Adnovum is excellently positioned to seize the opportunities of the next growth phase. Now is a good time to hand over leadership so that new forces can continue the integration process and provide fresh impetus,» says Thomas Zangerl, outgoing CEO of Adnovum.
The Board of Directors thanks Thomas Zangerl for his many years of dedicated and successful leadership of the company. «Thomas deserves great recognition. He has sustainably advanced the company and positioned it excellently for the future with the two acquisitions. His step today is not self-evident and shows that he always acts in the best interest of the company,» says Adrian Bult, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adnovum.
To underline the high priority of this phase for Adnovum’s successful growth to employees, clients and partners, Reto Isenegger, Member of the Board of Directors, will assume interim operational leadership of the company as of 1 March 2026. This interim arrangement ensures continuity. Thomas Zangerl will remain with the company until end of March to ensure a smooth handover. Strategic decisions and operational management will thus be closely aligned and implemented swiftly. The company will focus on delivering the highest value to its clients by leveraging the synergies of the acquisitions to offer leading digitalization solutions and excellent services.
Reto Isenegger has many years of experience in the strategic and operational leadership of complex organizations and brings proven expertise in transformation and integration processes. This ensures continuity in day-to-day operations and clearly anchors the focus on the company’s successful development. «The consolidation of our organizations with the aim of optimally leveraging our shared strengths is a key prerequisite for sustainable success. I take on this responsibility with great respect and with the clear objective of ensuring stability, focus and operational excellence while the Board of Directors carefully prepares the succession,» explains Reto Isenegger, Member of the Board and interim CEO of Adnovum.
At the same time, the Board of Directors will initiate the search for a long-term CEO successor without time pressure.
