The new business unit will be led by Samuel Bärfuss, CEO of iSPIN. On 1 May 2026, he joined the global Leadership Team of the Adnovum Group, which now also includes iSPIN.
Samuel Bärfuss has more than 20 years of experience in managing cybersecurity projects and services as, among other positions, the CEO of iSPIN and Koch IT. He is also a lecturer for digital transformation at the Institute for Management and Further Education of the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons (FHGR).
Matthias von Arx, Managing Director «Solutions», on the decision to establish «Cybersecurity Services» as a separate unit: «We see a strong demand for integrated cybersecurity services from a single source, particularly among security-aware clients. With the acquisition of iSPIN, we have expanded our offering and will now support our clients along the entire value chain. As a proven expert, Samuel Bärfuss is the right person to lead this strategically important unit.»

The business unit «Solutions» under the leadership of Matthias von Arx was expanded on 1 May 2026 to include the areas of Innovation and Marketing and was renamed «Solutions & Marketing». This unit is focused on the development and marketing of solutions and includes incubation projects in the fields of AI and e-ID, as well as a Managed Services Factory.
